Monarch Body Co. is owned and operated by Lindsay. Artisian soaps have been a big part of Lindsay’s life since she was little. When she saw handmade soaps in farmers markets, craft shows, and antique shops, she wrote that “could not resist.” The amount of dedication and craftmanship put into the beautiful bars of soap seemed so charming to her.
In her teenage years, Lindsay did not know what she wanted to do with her life. She had a passion for makeup and beauty, so she spent her free time researching various products and how they affect different people. After being an assistant manager for a health and beauty store, Lindsay found her call. When customers returned with smiles and gratitude for her suggestions and help in finding the right product, Lindsay felt fulfilled.
After graduating with a business degree, Lindsay decided to fulfill her ambitions by making soaps. Her friends and family were a big support during the beginning stages. She perfected making soaps with glycerin bases by setting her standards higher and higher each time. Now she specializes in making handcrafted glycerin soaps and cold processed soaps entirely from scratch. Not only are her soaps beautiful to look at but they are also great for your body! Each bar is made with the highest quality ingredients with skin care in mind. Lindsay’s shop contains a variety of beauty products including Bath and Shower Soaps, Sugar Scrubs, Lip Balms, Facial and Lotion Bars, and Wax Melts ranging from $4 to $12.
